Waiting on genetic test to determine treatment

I was diagnosed with DCIS after regular screening mammogram indicated clustered microcalcufucations, led to a diagnostic mammogram and then stereotactic biopsy... Left breast, 1cm, grade 1. I've scheduled lumpectomy for 28th and will follow with 6 weeks radiation. However, because of my age (43) and some family history, I also had genetic testing and will get those results about a week before my scheduled surgery. If that's positive - I'll likely change course and go with bilateral mastectomy. A couple of months ago, I found a small lump on the inside of my left upper arm. Never had it checked and through this process had forgotten about it. Could it be related at all?
