feeling light headed

I had my first radiation treatment today. It was actually pleasant when I was there with dim lights and soft music, the staff was really careful and friendly. I'm just worried because this is only the first day and I didn't think I'd see any side effects for awhile. I'm feeling light headed and like it's harder to follow conversations.

    Hi there, hope things have improved for you since your post. Have not heard of lightheadedness as a SE but who knows?? Possibly anxiety? Anyway just thought I'd bump this in case others can weigh in.

    Stress can definitely do it....or the 'let down' feeling you get (not as in disappointed but in a' let out a deep breath' sort of way) when you've been so scared about something & then find that it is not as bad as you were fearing.
