open wound after tissue expander removal

I had an expander removed from my left breast due to radiation damage. I had been packing the wound (5 inches) with iodoform since May. I had a wound vac goe about 6 weeks. Lost my job in August along with insurance. Wound vac had to go back still am without work and insurance. The wound was getting better but I've gone back to packing twice a day and can really see it has taken 2 steps back to the original wound. No one helps can't get immediate medicaid help like I was told and with no insurance no doctor will see me. Worst of all I was working for the hospital when I was terminated that the wound care specialist worked also. Can anyone tell me what to do. I have tried all the cancer orginasations with no help.
