29yo,requested mastectomy and no reconstruction

Thanks so much for checking on me.

surgery went great, was off pain pump while i was still in recovery room, discharged at 18 hrs postop, off tylenol 3 and able to shampoo my own hair and finish Christmas shopping with DH on day 2 post op. Wrapped about 50 gifts on day 3 and had prophylactic side drain taken out.....and now im paying the piper for not resting enough. Fluid on the cancer side hasn't gone down at all and now my chest, armpit and toward my shoulder blade are swollen and squishy to the touch. I literally can't even put my arm down.
