    Thanks Slow.....that is just how I feel about my life as a mother...........and I don't regret a minute of it........I just wish it never changed.........but shit happens..........I hate the holidays...............Guess I'm getting old................LOL............I GUESS.........LOL

    I know how you feel Ducky. I miss having my kids little.

    They grow up and have families of their own and start their own traditions.

    I love Bath & Body Works - Sheer Freesia is my favorite scent. My daughter always buys that for me.

    And cozy stuff. Fluffy socks, sweat shirts - for those once in a blue moon times I get out of my jammies. lol

    Plus, I love all things Amazon. My son gets me a gift card every year.

    I want health, peace, and love for my family........and for you all of my friends ......that we never lose touch, no matter what happens.....I have never known in all my life such wonderful people........that is the only good thing that came out of this horrific disease........YOU.............

    I want my self-centered, difficult, high school senior son to realize that my DH and I are not the problem and take responsibility for his bad choices. I want him to pass his last year of high school, and become a productive human being. This son is making our home/family life miserable.

    That is what I want most of all for Christmas.

    Damn.....see how much revolves around our kids, little or big.....young or older.....married or not.......I find the parent's who care the least, do the least, get more respect.............funny thing is.........all we want is to leave this world knowing our family will reman "whole" even after we are gone.........for me that is huge......

    What I really want for Christmas, I know I can't have but I'll say it.

    I'd like to have one more moment with my loved ones who have gone to their rest before me, especially my Daddy, my sister Polly, and my cat Charcoal. Daddy because he died when I was really young and I never got to know him as well as my older siblings, my sister who was more like a friend than a sister and Charcoal because I just want him to know how much I loved him.

    I want a surprise. I would love my DH to go out and buy something for me. I can count on fingers of one hand things he has chosen for me and they are great but he always wants me to go and choose.

    Great news GMA! You'll have to come in June when all the other ladies are coming to visit.

    I'm so out of shape I we do a bit then sit down.

    The batch we are doing now has Polly Ricotta, egg, salt and parsley.

    Next weekend we are going to do a meat Ravioli. Not sure what we will use yet.
