Has anyone had the Thoracodorsal nerve cut?

I have lots of animation after my LAT Flap reconstruction, and am considering having the nerve cut.  My concern is the muscle atrophying.  Has anyone out there had theirs cut, and if so did you notice a change in the breast(s) such as them getting more saggy, change in shape, etc?  I'm happy with the way my breasts look and would hate to have them get droopy after all that I've been through - having perky breasts is the one positive in this journey!  Such a tough decision, but I get a tight pulling sensation even from just walking and having my shoulders move back and forth - feels like my breasts are attached to my under arms!

    i did. Solved the issues you are having and the boob didnt change

    Rozem how long ago did you have the nerve cut? Did you have it cut during your exchange surgery or at a later time? I've already had my exchange surgery so this would be an additional surgery to have it cut . Any additional numbness or negative issues from having it done? Are you glad you did it? Sorry for all the questions! I appreciate any info you can pass along. Thanks!
