    Take a few min.

    SMELL THE ROSES,BLOW OUT THE CANDLES...10x...nice and easy

    I do it just before I go to sleep

    Gma, hugs and prayers....hoping you feel better and go into your surgery feeling strong.
    FK, I love the breathing tip.  It's a good focus...
    Am tired...cannot imagine retiring but I can't catch up.  Maybe it's because every week end has been scheduled for two months...
    I fall asleep every night and don't get on here much...but in 2 weeks when classes end, I will have some breathing room at last.

    Gma..Oh. More changes.. Never seems to end does it.. That certainly a lot of travelling you have to do for your appointments.. I know I would be in panic mode too, but just try to "go with the flow ".. one day at a time.. All this will be behind you soon.. And you'll really beable to celebrate Christmas 🎄 this year with a happy heart .

    And small tata's . Every time I breathe I cough - finally gave in and used my inhaler. AHHHHH! Now I can breathe.

    GMA, keep that inhaler by your side!  yeap, yoga breathing is wonderful for getting my BP down, I always do it before any nasty tests so figure, do some OOOOHHHHMMMMmmms and find some calm!

    GmaF...U can do this....i prayin everything goes well and U to be pain free.

    We put up our Christmas tree in the bldg today

    Then we ate and played cards

    U no it's the holidays and she has a big family maybe she is out with her pilot doin her CHRISTMAS shopping or other things...if u no what I mean!!!!!!!!!

    I did most of my shopping but no decorations R up yet....

    One of Duckys grand has a birthday this week...I think there is something today

    And of course she will be bringing her pilot

    Now that she is off those stupid meds maybe she can do lots of things she hasn't been able todo before

    Just put the wreath on the door

    I'm workin slowly up to the decorations..prolly next week.

    I saw everyone in my bldg decorated their doors and I felt like a heathen.

    Guilt made me do it

    Baby steps today....

    Expecting snow Tues and Wed. Guess I'll be playin cards a lot.

    Here are my grandaughters......all with the same complaint.....do not show that picture to anyone........but when have I been know to listen....LOL......in order by age....Genevieve 31 (pregnant)...Genevieve's daughter.......Kaileen...25 (she is Michele's daughtte (NICU Nurse at Children's Hosp., Phila..........Makayla......Nicasia's daughter....will be 14 on Dec. 14th......She is 5 ft. 9.........LOL.....they said.............Nan we look like nobody loves us...........Ha haimage

    LOL.......oh yea......Uggs for sure.....I just bought Makayla another pair for her birthday....she is actually wearing them.......last year I bought her the high gray ones.......they like them.....I think they Uggly......LOL.....

    Wow.. What wonderful photos Ducky.. Your daughters are all beautiful.. and look so youthful for their ages.. They obviously have good genes like you!! The grand-daughters are lovely too.. All you girls must of had such fun spending the day together cooking. !!

    FK......it is really not BC Pink......it is more of a shocking pink......but I do have the BC Pink......LOL........Yea the kids do have good genes.........mostly from their father.........

    Starting to feel like summer here at last. Went shopping with a friend. have put up more decoration and after dinner will make a Christmas cake. Least its not too hot.
