LOL Spookie, just think of the reaction to saying this years ago, you would have been institutionalized.
"Siri found info to delete it from cloud. I'm not paying Apple $25 to subscribe to this "service" just to delete THEIR mistake from my cloud space"

well ladies, my countdown has begun. I go in tomorrow at 10 for new girls. I should be home by 6. Wish me luck. Want this done and over with but dreading the pain from the surgery and all. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's not as bad as I think it's going to be.
Sorry the launch was scrubbed. Got to see a night launch about 6 years ago. We were at Disney world. It was really neat to see!
Hope everybody has a good weekend. I'll post when I'm feeling human. BB
-
Smaarty, In the bag for tomorrow. Hope it's less painful than you anticipate. Hugs.
-
Good luck tomorrow Smarty. I hope it's less pain then you expected and the results are just what you wanted. All I want for Christmas is my 2 front ... ha ha. I suppose my humor is a tad warped. sorry.
-
In your pocket tomorrow, Smarrty It's almost over--------think Christmas

-
My bday wish is for Smarrty to have a smooth and successful surgery! Party in your pocket! I'll bring the bubbly!!
-
Smaarty, echoing the same that it goes well tomorrow. This should be easy, let us know when you're home and up to it.
Jeni, tomorrow is your birthday? Happy, happy birthday!!

-

I'm around at any time, I didn't catch up yet. but
Bondie shingles too, oh that horrible hope it goes quickly.
Smaarty I hope all goes very well tomorrow and u'r girls feel good and act good.
Chevy I don't even know if u got u'r car, I'm sorry to miss that.
I rebooted my computer today, I didn't know u had to do all this programming it took forever for me anyway. I[m taking a new med that an cause blurred vision and gfuess who has it. So my rebooting I was answering questions I wasn't even sure about--and I can't get intto my work thingy either--so I used the old fashion phone today. My boss never called me to tell me--of course i wrote it down, but of course I don't remember where.
OK I just had t pop in to say Hi and hope everything goes well for everyone. I did write on nother thread, but my eyes are now crashed, next time I'll come here first. I miss u gals, I haven't been around as much and i just miss u all.
(((HUGS)))

Happy Bday JWoo.
Just finishing my coffee before I get moving!

OMD it's the Cammers! Yaaaaaaaay! I forgot who she WAS there for a slight moment!
It's okay little Cam... we got 'cher back... I read you on the Drinking thread, (appropriately enough) Those gals are just TOO much fun, and I know they don't even DRINK! Just like I don't pole-dance! But we like to brag... makes us feel somewhat normal again... somewhat.
YES! I got my car.. Do I have to go into THAT all again? Just read back a ways... It's so FUN...! I took it out for the FIRST time to an actual store! Couldn't get the damn KEY out! Then after having a slight panic attack, and listening to that DINGING, I finally looked, and it wasn't in PARK!
Okay... problem solved...:)
I can get a spare "key"... what IS it... a remote something or other... like RKE??? Or RKF??? And it's only like $79... Just have to take it to a Chevy dealership, so they know it is MY car, and I didn't steal another one.
Wait.... YOU rebooted your computer??? Are you SERIOUS? Ah man, we'll never hear from you again. People don't let People reboot their own computers. You need someone who knows what they are doing.... like Joey. .... Or even Katie-Kat.
But honestly little Cammie... I'm so glad you pooped in... I mean popped in....
Smarty... We are all with you... I know... I hate that "going to sleep" too. But AFTER, you will have your new perfect "girls" and we will all clap and sing, and you will be most elated. We will be happy!
Blondie! I can't beLIEVE it! NOW you have Shingles? That's such a bad piece of news... I'm so sorry... You really NEEDED one more thing to screw up your week-month....!
I was so afraid of them, that I went to Safeway and got a shot.... I know... Some people can't get the shot... or how does that go? My neighbor had the shot, but got a "slight" case anyway! So there you go....
2222222! It's Jen's Bday? HAPPY BIRTHDAY JWOW! So we got Birthdays, Shingles and Cammi's illicit phone-seX job.... And no Rosie...
You think YOUR humor is warped? Hah! That's a no.... Not compared to me anyway....
Hey HiHo!
Cammi, what's this about your eyes crashed? ALONG with your computer? It's your fault... I just know it is...... Are you seriously okay? xoxoxo
-
-
lol
Never seen a cat do that. My late sister once had a cat that like to climb up into the tree to sleep!
-
Sass & Spookie... Orion is about to lift off!
http://www.pbs.org/newshour/updates/watch-orion-embark-test-launch/
-
Orion has lifted off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Did you guys see THAT? Wow!!!!!!! I got tears in my eyes! And chills! Wow~
-
Uh, no, I didn't see lift off. I was sleeping. But Sas prolly felt the ground shake
-
DD just called.... She is so PO'd, because she missed it too! She's mad at me, because I didn't CALL her! Her alarm didn't go off... so it is my fault that I only emailed her instead of CALLING her!
And then I hear the rant about how she HATES EMAIL!!! again.... and again... But that's how we talked yesterday, after she called me. I just assumed she was UP, like she always is! She was waiting for that lift-off for 2 hours yesterday... but missed it today.
She will be in a better mood someday...
-
have been lurking and just checking in.
Cami, glad you checked in. Was wondering what was going on.
Chevy, sweet Chevy, so thankful you're keeping this thread moving along. Congrats on the new car! Daughters, they're funny.
Sassy, did you feel the earth move this morning? Maybe that's too personal, lol!
Speaking of daughters, those who put up with my complaining about mine: don't know who the almost 21-year old female who keeps visiting me. She was here 5 times in October (well, one time she drove out here so we could go see my parents, her idea, even bought me lunch). She's on her way out her now, will be here between 7-8 am. Asked her why: she said to do homework. Huh? Anyway, I'll take it. Need to start breakfast for her in a couple minutes.
Saw these and thought of you:

Or iPad....

Just saw the Orion launch on TV..... Looks like it could have rattled windows...
Have a good day all!
-
Caught just as it lifted off, I was able to watch it on NASA's channel.
-
Thanks 222222222! Yes Daughter's get in those.... um..... moods, where they think it is their purpose in life to blame every little thing on their Mom's. I know she hates emails, probably about as much as I hate to text.... But I could watch that launch on my 23" monitor, AND talk to her with email, and it was FINE yesterday, but today it must have ALSO been my fault that her alarm didn't go off... I just thought she was outdoors watching it... that's what I get for "thinking"....
Sounds like your Daughter is "growing-up"? Yes, just take whatever you can get.... xoxoxo
-

Happy birthday Jen.
Thanks all. If I look human I'll post a pic when I get home. My DS is a camera fiend. She even take pic of me in hospital.
Sorry Blondie about the shingles, that sucks. Hope it doesn't last too long.
By the way, I like vanilla rum and coke. My sister got me hooked on it on the cruise! My DD is on the way over to help me clean. Don't have much to do but that's ok. I got all my Xmas stuff done, even got everything wrapped. I'm ready for Xmas. This will make it easy on DH. He won't have to do anything.
Thinking about all of you. Take care.
-
Smaarty, surprised to see you here, what time is surgery? If it helps, this was the easiest of my surgeries, even easier and less painful than revision. Will be thinking of you all day and sending you good thoughts. Sounds like you're good to go. Remember they'll look funny, but feel so much better. I forgot, saline or silicone?
Thanks, Chevy, will take what I get from DD, this feels so much better than a couple of months ago. Hopefully she has outgrown her hatred of me but know this may just be a stage too.
Blondie, sorry about the shingles. It sounds awful. One of my DB's was just dx'ed with that too, hoping it doesn't run in families as I had chicken pox too.
-
Good morning all.
Cami - yay ! Glad to see you post. You are missed.
Blondie - shingles too. It's way past time for you to catch a break. I am rooting for ya.
Smarty - how exciting. Hope today goes smooth and your up and about talking to us soon. Praying for you.
2nd - sounds like your dd is missing her mom. Yay !!! Enjoy it before something else comes up -:).
Chevy - seriously. You didn't call to remind your grown dd of lift off. What were you thinking ? Just lying in bed sleeping. Just kidding. Glad you keep this thread going.
Jwoo - is it your bday ? If so happy birthday. Wasn't sure if it was you or Jen ( no idea who Jen is but I could have missed her ).
Susan - are you lurking out there ? Thinking of you.
Hootie hoo
-
Happy Birthday Jwoo.
It's my DD 21st Birthday today.. lots of running around. She is so excited, such a happy kid always!
Howdy to everyone. Blondie- hang in there shingles suck. Hugs across the board.
