HAPPY SUNDAY TO YOU ALL - It's gona be great beer weather in Norwalk today YEAH
Cheer ^ Hugs
Grubby -
Today is great weather, perfect for beer! Hot but not too hot. Can wear shorts, have the windows open but don't have to turn on the air.
But..... we had to be at a birthday party for 5 year olds at 10am and now Mommy needs a nap more than a beer.
See you at cocktail hour. -
I had to share this story, and am hoping this is the place it will be appreciated. While coming back from my run along the lake this morning, I was checking out a cute young guy riding his bike. Could not decipher the tattoo on his low back, and when I got closer, realized it was a gross patch of hair. Not so cute afterall... but hey it made me laugh huge! Time for an adult beverage...
-
oh teena...that's just scary!
-
Drinking alone again...hmmm...not good. Where is everyone?
-
I'm kinda here, out in the backyard drinking with my hubby and watching the hummingbirds. Yep life is good HUH, maybe I've had to much to drink it took me like 2 min. just to type this CHEERS

evenin' ladies. It's getting cooler up here. Hubby has been in a coat all day. Me I'm in a sundress with an overshirt. Still getting hot flashes but thanks to the new meds not so bad.
Seems like I spent half the day in bed because it hurts too much to be upright. My have to go in to see the Doc after all.
Have to work tomoorow so no drinks for me tonight
Cheers -
teena - at first did you think he may have a tattoo of Sasquatch? That's TOO funny!
Janis - you go girl! Sounds like Mr. T. is worthy of checking out further for sure. Come on Wed!
BF and I went sailing late Fri afternoon, and it was GREAT! So peaceful. I steered and he trimmed the sails, and we didn't get testy with each other at all! Not that I really expected us to, but that type of situation just begs for a fight if ya know what I mean. It was so relaxing and quiet when the boat was heeled over, feeling the wind.
Which brings me to another recently discussed topic - healthcare. (BF wants to eventually sail all over the world) From what research I have done on the subject, the U.S. is the most expensive place on earth. Anywhere else, it's a reasonable expense, and it's not necessarily sub-standard care. I don't know about BC treatment around the world, but this site represents women from all over, and seems it's primarily in the USA where problems surface with medical bills, insurance, etc.
Anywho - sipping a glass of S. Blanc. Yummy! Had my first taste of Silver Oak Cab last night. BF insisted on trying a bottle. It was very good, but honestly, I like Sterling just as well, and it's a lot less expensive.
Anywho, I'm rambling now. Have a great evening sistas.
Cheers!
Donna -
Donna - Silver Oak? lucky gal! I agree, I am all about value wines, great, but not overpriced.
Janis, do we change Mr T's name to Mr. W, next week?
Kelly and Grubby many welcomes to the funnest thread on the board. We are non-judgemental. If we disagree, we say so, then share a drink.
Vicki, sorry I am a late-comer here usually. But I am an hour behind east coast.
Peggy, I posted my new buffalo sandles for you on the other thread.
Cheryl hope you are feeling better tomorrow and have a good day at work.

Cheers! (scotch tonight to help me sleep.....)
