I am 2 years out of radiotherapy, and still have very stiff tissue (not necessarily skin). Are there any food, drink, supplements, creams that help us get to optimum skin stretchiness? This is vital for me as I am doing fat transfer..........had two already which have helpd with quality of skin but long way to go

    What a great question.

I have been using Calendula oil (by Weleda) since I finished radiation. I think the combination of the calendula and the massage helps.

I don't know anything about fat transfer so check if anything I suggest is OK for you to do.

You might want to try a few massages from a lymphedema specialist. I was not diagnosed with lymphedema in the breast but a few sessions (3) really made me feel better.

Also juicing veggies is a good way to give your body a boost of vitamins. I have taken to throwing some veggies into a blender and eating the lot. I add olive oil, salt and lemon juice and it is like a glass of salad.

Good oils (olive, avocado) might also be helpful in small quantities.

Gentle exercise may help. If I don't keep stretching my arm things tend to tighten up. So I do a little each day.

Looking forward to reading what you all are doing.
