Great job on the weight loss, Mary! Dieting with men is so not fair!!!!
-
70 today! Walked 18 holes(well we won't discuss score) and will go to TRX this evening.
-
1 hour run in pool tonight. Ginger hope you are feeling better. momand2kids - way to go - baby steps.
HI to all.
-
Way to go on the weight loss Mary. Accomplishing that this time of year is admirable. Heck, I am just trying to maintain, not gain .
Beautiful 70 degree weather here today so I was able to get in over 4.5 miles earlier before going to bootcamp tonight. Expecting sleet and freezing rain tomorrow so will be exercising inside tomorrow.
Have a great night all.

20 minutes of yoga at home. No walk today as my hip is weird and while I'm not in pain, any twinge makes me worry about the "M" word. So I get into a viscious cycle where I slack off on exercise because I don't want to aggravate injuries and have to wonder "do I call the onc? Should I ask for a scan?" My activity level is not where I want it to be because I mentally and emotionally feel like I'm running a marathon every day.
-
badger - thanks for the Merlefest invite! Keep me posted on when you decide to go!
-
The VOICES got me!!! I was going to bag my walk as icy out, but then I realized I would be just fine with my trekking poles. So off I went, and just LOVED the brisk temps and night sky. So feel a new woman. Still need to do my weights as I cook dinner.
Can't wait to get on my skis...... Hopefully in a week or 2. - Claire

11/30- back to my routines post holiday. I went to the gym and did 45 min of resistance training and 8000 plus steps today.
-
Went to my YMCA class. The teacher was sick and we had a sub who must have been a Marine.....yikes, she kicked our butts with a really tough cardio circuit. Walked around the gym for awhile after class & did some stretching just to try to unkink.
-
Did two short walks today.
-
PIYO today. Not 70 today 😢!
-
Walked on the treadmill today for an hour plus did some laundry and housecleaning. Hoping to knock out some Christmas shopping tomorrow.
-
45 min on the treadmill today!
-
45 minutes of swimming and water weights.
-
Stretching/toning and 30 minutes on the treadmill. One of these days I'll do longer than 30, but I figure I should first try to consistently do the 30 minutes! Good night, all!
-
Proud of myself I did 3/4 of a mile swimming today and yesterday I did an hour on the treadmill 3.5 miles.
Took 2 motrin pm goodnight.
-
30 minutes elliptical yesterday, then Pilates DVD this morning. Plan to get a good run in after work to take advantage of our decent temps today - it's supposed to get close to 60!
-
Running around after my 14 week old puppy, walking him twice a day and general day to day house cleaning duties and cooking followed by late night shopping!
-
Spinning class this AM and off to play some golf today.
-
Did 3500 meters on the rowing machine yesterday in anticipation of a spectacular birthday dinner made by DH. Hope to walk at lunch today (although we have a winter weather advisory) and then some yoga when I get home from work.
-
Nothing yesterday but made it to the gym for my 6am group class again today

-
Woke up super early and could have either rearranged my suitcase five more times or exercise.....so, I did an hour of spot toning & walked with my Wednesday Women....now I have to scramble!
See you tomorrow, Wonderland!

-
Awesome restorative yoga class! Will try to go on brisk walk later.
-
What I have been doing for quite some time is walk briskly (1 mile/15 minutes) four miles/day, two in the morning and two in the evening. I like to break the exercise up so that I get it both in the morning and evening. I plan on adding some strength training exercises; would love to lose this flab on my upper arms, some on my belly, and upper thighs. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
-
12/3- hour of personal training/circut training with the weight machines and 20 min walk later in the day. Hope to hit my 10K steps by end of the day.
-
Took yesterday off due to choir practice. Had gym bag in car for tonight but got in to see eye doctor instead. May hop on treadmill but eyes are closing so may not - we'll see. It's early so not sure why my eyes are heavy.
Ruth and Wonderland, enjoy your visit.
Night my sculpted friends.
-
hi all and welcome Teakie88. Walking is my exercise of choice but others here do strength training so someone will have some experience to share.
Worked late Mon, date night Tues, and walked 2 miles at the indoor track after work tonight.
Safe travels, Ruth, and give Wonderland a hug from me! ♥ to all
-
Enjoy your visit Ruth and Wonderland.

-
Did an hour on the treadmill 3.5 miles. Putting up lights for christmas and vacuumed today.
