Kathec....Aww....oh your story has touched me.. Why don't you surprise him.Christmas Day with a kitty. ??? HE loved the last one, he would love this one... I too would love to get a kitten 🐱 , but my hubby is so allergic to cats that he only has to walk into a room where a cat is and his eyes instantly swell up and start watering , and he starts sneezing ...One of my daughters is the same , so no kitty -kat for me 😔
Mommy and Gma ..Sorry you are missing Tiger and Charcoal ...I have two little doggies ..A Maltese and a Papillion ..Love them both ..The Maltese is nearly 16 ..and really slowing down ..Makes me sad to think.about it .
-
My DH and kids brought over many, many boxes of Christmas decorations. A few of them got unpacked. Most didn't because the chemo fatigue got me. Annoyed that my teenaged boys didn't want to help. Not annoyed with my DH and youngest because they were working on my son's science fair project.
Sorry so many are missing their dear pets. Last year we lost one... and another this year. Every time I swear I can't go through this again, but eventually I get another pet. I just love them so much! They are always glad to see me!
-
ugh.. Just got that huge gap again between my post and where the diagnosis is tagged on at the end.. I don't understand why.. Any ideas on stopping it ??
-
Morning al. Having a wonderful time with ChrissyB from Aus.
Sending hugs for those who have lost furbabies. It is really hard.
Come on you US ones why is it us Kiwi and Aussie girls can get to the U.S. and visit you but you find it too hard to come our way. We are having our next gathering in Melbourne next year last weekend of November. Think about it and start saving.
Big hugs for all.

Here kath. Got pet scan bones r stable lungs plural effusion is there, more cancer cells in it. He was shocked, thought it would have spread more.
-
Lucy pardon my language..........Same Shit, Different Day..........I could run to wherever you all are faster then this friggin website accepts my typing......so fed up....would tell you about my 2 Dr. visits today.....MO, and Pulmonary Sp.....but don't feel like getting aggravated....there it goes.S.O.A.Bit--.............
-
Kathe, Not too sore. The steroids are still working. Thanks for the good luck wishes. I just now noticed the "trench" post. hahahaha
Lucy, I was highly allergic to cats too. When we got our cat 15 years ago, I didn't think we would get to keep her. My body seemed to build up a tolerance to her. She doesn't bother me at all now. She is getting up there in years and I can tell she is slowing down. She's a big girl and loves to eat.
Alyson, so glad you're having a good time. I would love to visit Australia and New Zealand. I don't think I could be on an airplane that long though. I have flown, but I hate it.
Blondie, I'm happy to hear it didn't spread as much as the doctor thought it would. Thinking of you!!
Ducky, I hope your appointments went well and you're able to tell us all about them soon. I wish they would get the problems figured out with this site and iPads.
Edited to add: Poppy, my son hates decorating too. It's like pulling teeth to get him to help.

Waiting to get the email saying that the Princess's ornament and Charcoal's memorial ornament are on their way.

-
Will try to get this in before the website acts up.......spoke with the MO....decided to try Arimidex....just 30 pills.....if it works great...if SE's return, will quit for good...no Faslodex I made that decision......she thinks the SE's will come back..saidI am probably sensitive to one of the compounds in that Class of drug......we will see........in the cabinet.....not sure when I will start it.......LOL......ok, this sucker is acting up.....pissed............
-
I wondered what you would do Ducky. Difficult to go back when you start to feel good. I hope the new one works out for you.
My BS referred me for PT and pain management. Not sure what pain management can do, but I'm open to anything at this point. She even suggested accupuncture. I think I may give it a try if the pain management people suggest it.
-

They are so fun to watch when they are kittens.
My 15-year-old cat still has a kitten face.
-
Yep , sammie the other 1 keeps growling or something. It is laying in bed with me now
-
They can be such great comfort. And, typically they don't talk back! haha
Although, mine does tend to yell at us when she's out of food.
-
Here is Chloe. She's a big girl.
-
Princess has learned to "talk back" to me already
-
Good Morning Goddesses,
It's a rainy day here in So Ca.
How is your tummy doing Kracker? Were you able to get a new appointment with your new doctor?
Miss seeing you here Jo. I hope you take lots of pictures of your holiday creations and post them. I love looking at the things you make.
Ducky, are doing doing back flips since you've been off the devil pill? Has your range of motion gotten better? I haven't noticed too much of a difference since I'm off Herceptin. But, since taking the steroids, my pain is so much better. Too bad we can't live on steroids.
Thinking and praying for you GMA.
Kathe, thanks for making me laugh so much. You really do brighten my day and you're such a gift to us all.
Can't wait to see the picture of your new kitty blondie!! I bet you're snuggling with her right now.
Mommy, she's far too young to be telling you off already! haha
Hope everyone is free from pain and doing well today.
Hugs to all!!
-
Slow.. WOW.. Chloe certainly IS a BIG girl 😃..Nice and relaxed and contented too, by the looks of her 😃
-
ha ha... Wish that were true!

Ended up in urgent care yesterday. Tested me for the flu and it came back positive. I also have bronchitis. On tamiflu and antibiotics. Fever is down. They rescheduled surgery for the 11th. Last time I go out with DD for black Friday. That's probably where I picked it up.
I love kitties but DH has become allergic to them. We also live in an area that if kitty got out, too many predators could get it. So we opted not to get another.
-
GMA......did you get the Flu shot...........just get better...
-
No, have had problems with the flu shot in the past. They do have me on the Tamiflu med now though.
-
Aww, Gma, sorry you caught the 'black flu' , and I hope you feel better soon! Lemon tea with Honey, if your blood sugars are good. I have never had a flu shot, but have never gotten the flu. I must really be a hermit. The other day, I was at the grocers', and this one checker had a tissue and was sniffling. I asked if she had a cold, and she said no, but I think she did. They touch each item! Yikes!
I really do hope Ducky lets us know how quickly she is getting better from those estrogen-sucking-drugs (lago, this lady on another thread, calls them that, ESD for short) , I am afraid they are going to want me on them forever.
Slo, I want to come right over to your house and rub my face in Chloe's belly! She is a big girly! I am so happy to make you laugh, It's my new job!
-
Slow... that kitty looks so cute!
-
Gma,, I'm so sorry that you are sick. Wishing you a speedy recovery!! -
Slow - I'm still here. I read everyday but haven't felt like posting.
I think of you goddesses everyday. Sending hugs to everyone.
-
Good to see you Jo!
Kathe, i think if you rubbed your face in Chloe's belly, she might scratch your eyes out. She's really funny about having her belly touched. She does love to be brushed though. She will even turn over so you can get the other side.
Lucy, she is a very relaxed cat. That's how she sleeps.
Hope Kracker is ok. Not like her not to check in.
I got all my laundry done today. I don't feel so guilty using water when it's raining.
