The Mods told me they were working on it too.......I don't think it has anything to do with Apple.....never had a problem and have been using this IPad for over a year.....I know Apple has its problems, but if it was them how come it isn't every site, not just BCO.....it only happens here....that's it...nowhere else..........

Beachlady.. Hi.. I live in Brisbane ( Queensland) .. So I'm up north.. Brisbane is a 2 hour 15 minute flight from Melbourne..
I am on tamoxifen.. Going O.K with it so far, so have my fingers crossed it continues
-
hi all, just checking in, been immersed in a big project at work, which was done Friday TG!

Big fire with all that's been thrown in, including tech devices & software glitches. ((hugs))
-
so far im good today
It's still early
Let's see what happens
Fingers crossed
-
I use the iPad tablet and I have been having trouble. I have reported it. BCO is the only place I have troubles with. It is giving me a hard time right now. It is typing so slow
-
Crog.................Exactly what happens to me..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!..............it is so frustrating......I'm not bragging........I type very fast.......so when you do....its way behind.............PLUS.....and a BIG PLUS..........sometimes it doesn't take a letter....sometimes you get a whole bunch of the same letters..........so it isn't just me........also sometimes you can't delete.......sometimes it freezes.....horrible...............thanks for the info......slowing down right now.....ugh.......
-
yup ditto Ducky!!!! The slow typing drives me crazy. Right this minute it is working ok.
-
Hmm.. I don't have trouble with the slow typing thing.. Probably because I always post from my phone and I'm typing it slowly from there anyway.. But it annoys me how I often end up with a huge blank space between the end of the post and where my diagnosis is tagged on at the end.. It just randomly happens..

I cannot see this rite now
I have to pull it down after the first sentence then I can see
To submit I have to push the arrow down on the dock and split

It's gonna be a long winter...gotta get some things started here..
I'll be back later

I'm using a laptop. The first difficulty was seeing the next page. It wouldn't let me see the most recent posts.
Now it's just slow posting.
BTW, I've ALWAYS wanted to visit Australia and New Zealand. I didn't make it before I had my kids. One day....
-
me too, Poppy!! I want to go!!! -
Poppy and Glennie...O.K. We can plan our Australian get -to -gether !! 😃
-
Sorry you're all having so many problems on here. I have a laptop that runs Firefox and I've had no issues.

~~~~Oh Christmas Tree~~~~~
Yes, that is Mickey Mouse at the top of my tree.
Took me most of the day. I'm pooped.
Hope these steroids last awhile!!
-
Slow.. WOW.! Your tree 🎄 looks amazing ! Santa 🎅 will come to your house for sure 😃
-
slow
U did that all by urself?
Damn UR good
It's beautiful
I don't plan on decorating just yet
Have a good nite
-
I hope he comes to my house. I'm not sure how GOOD I was.
The boys put it up for me. I just decorated it.
It's so much work, I like to do it early, and leave it up for a long time.
That sucker isn't coming down till January!!
Think this may be my last year for a big tree.
-
OOOOOOHHHH!!!! it's so pretty!
-
Got the house mostly decorated for Christmas, and started on the tree, but had to stop. Had a bad time after I broke down while putting Charcoal's ornaments on the tree. I was fine until I got to the one that has his picture on it with his name. I lost it right there and hubby told me to stop and finish today.
-
Oh Mommy I understand - I couldn't even get the tree out. My grandsons have been over and we decided not to talk about Tigger's passing until they noticed she wasn't there. The were so focused on being with grandma and playing Pirate 101 with me, they never noticed. Might be all well and good for them, but when I accidentally dropped food on the floor and my instinct was to call Tigger - My daughter and I looked at the dropped turkey on the floor and just hugged each other. It was very hard for me to stay quiet and not talk about her..
-
Its hard this year because he was always acting silly and kept us entertained as we decorated the tree.
Gma, I feel so bad for you too.
-
Mommy - sending you hugs... it is amazing how our pets mean so much to us and when we loose them, you realize how many things they did to keep you entertained.
-
Yeah. Missed seeing him jumping in the box for the tree. Getting underfoot as I try to decorate and messing up the tree skirt after I get it placed just right.
-
MOmmyof2, he sounds like he was a sweet little imp! And so does tigger. One of the saddest aspects of my life is my man whom i really love in most instances, had a great dog before I met him. She died a natural death, and he has refused to get another since...And then, when he and I were together, I had been trying to talk him into getting a kitten or a cat. He had never had one, and he didn't really like them, he said. Well, it took me about 5 years, but finally he caved, especially after a rat came into our house from the wind turbine from the roof. That is really when I put my foot down and insisted we get one. So, we went to a shelter and picked this one: when all the other cats were running around, sort of acting like dogs, really, this one beautiful stripy dark one with spots, too! Stripes AND spots! And the longest whiskers I have ever seen, and a kink in his tail, well he was just sitting high up in the room very relaxed yet interested in all the goings on around him, he is the one my man chose. And I am telling you, Those two became inseparable. It became like I didn't even exist! I really was the low man on that totem pole! Funny: His name was "Lump", but that's another long story... He died early, we only enjoyed him for about 5 years, and when he did, you never saw such sad people and hot tears. It took a very long time to get over him, and to just be able to remember him and smile. A VERY long time. But now I have been ready to have another fur friend, and he simply refuses. A flat out "NO" or silence when I ask him. He just says he is not ready for that and it wouldn't be the same... I told him, look, you had other girlfriends before me, but you were ready to try again with me.... but no... it really makes me sad to think of never having a cat again. If my cancer comes back, I will insist on a cat, or i will get my own apartment somewhere else. i would still be his girlfriend, but I am not living the rest of my life without one. His house, his rules.
-
Kath,
Charcoal was a hoot when it came to Christmas time! He always made me laugh. I used to have to pick up at least 3 or 4 non-breakable ornaments off the floor every morning! He loved to play with the tree while we were asleep.
-
Gentle hugs to all who lost and miss their pets.
Badger, I didn't see you sneak in a few pages back. Always so good to see you!
I've got an appointment with my BS today.
I'm hoping I can get some physical therapy to help me gain some range of motion.
Hope you're all having a good morning.
ツEdited to add: Kathe, I hope you're able to get a new kitty soon. The heart should have what it wants!
-
Thanks, Bep.. it is such a small and fierce desire, the wanting sometimes gives me a lump in my throat while tears threaten to slide... thinking i can't bury my nose in 'furpurrrr' is incredibly saddening to me.
MOm2, the thought of charcoal being fascinated by the tree is very amusing to me, and I love his name! Purr-fect!
blondie? come out come out wherever you are!!! put down those books for a minute, and visit us here?
-
O yea- Slow? Good good good luck to you today! they better get all that imaging doodoo all figured out, too! With me and fiz therapy, i didn't think it was working, but it was kinda fun, and pretty soon, I really could tell my range of motion was much much better. I hope the same for you, and for quick relief for you. Hope you are not too sore from decorating the tree!
