Tattoo artist stories recommendations

So I have been hemming and hawing over reconstruction. Having had radiation I was looking at flap surgery. I realized i could care less about the boobs it was the fact that I had lost 100 lbs and could get a tummy tuck with this. Thats when i decided to close the door on reconstruction. I was not having 12 hours of microsurgery if all I really wanted was a 2 hour cosmetic one... Ok that said... I want a chest piece the scars have faded enough my worry is the irradiated side and if it will take ink. So any stories or advice would be most welcome.
