Wednesday Weigh In
Comments
-
up one... Darn pre-thanksgiving baking
!
-
Already started the Thanksgiving Eating on Monday with a potluck, so didn't date weigh myself!!!!! Goal is to get right back on track FRIDAY!
-
I think I'm up one to 131.5. I think I weighed this morning. That was a long time ago.
-
-
Down 1.2 lbs. Being forced to watch diet (using loseit.com) and exercising everyday helps.
-
patoo,
-
Down 300 grams. I know I have it easier as we don't have Thanksgiving here. But I made some turkey breast curry.
-
Back down to 160.5 after going up to 164 over Thanksgiving week. We travelled to Illinois and the gain was from eating fast food on the trip and sugary baked foods on Thanksgiving day and the next day when the leftover coffee cake and muffins were just sitting there on the counter. Back to healthy eating does the trick!
-
up .4 from Thanksgiving.....notice the decimal point! don't think I did too bad
-
Finally down 2, no Thanksgiving where I live
-
Up .5 to 132. Yesterday I was 131. Annoying, that.
-
Forgot to weigh this morning. Clothes fitting better so think I'm losing, if not lbs then inches. I'll take whichever. Need to put reminder on my phone so it can alert me on Wednesday mornings.
-
patoo, remembered the other half - I weighed myself but forgot to post
. Up 0.8, grumble, grumble. That's 2 weeks in a row up for me. I'm going to do my best to post a down number next week
-
I am on vacation this week at the home of my sister, the Super Hostess, so my diet is screwed! "Yikes," she said as she bit into a homemade bun dripping with melted butter!
-
Yum.
-
I will probably have to purchase two seats on the return flight because I will be so fat!!!!!
-
I am back in the group-- I do go to weight watchers-- have always gone just to keep myself in check. lost.6 on wednesday-- My hope now is to lose somewhere between .1 to .9 per week for a while. I do love my ww group-- they are great fun.... I always have to remind myself that it is a slow process.
-
welcome back, momand2! ruth, I won't ask how many seats you needed on the way home.
Up 200 grams. Have to up the exercise with the invasion of cookies and co. I'll have to be down 500 by next week.
-
Held at 132. Actually it jumps around in a 3-4lb range. Haven't figured out why.
-
I'm jumping around in my 3 to 4 lb. range, too. This morning I was 162.
-
My only comment today is that I didn't need an extra seat coming home from my vacation, but I did wear my yoga pants instead of my jeans on the flight!
-
I'd like to join for next week. I have lost 10 lbs. that I gained during chemo but have another 15 to go. I hope to begin interviewing for a new job around February 15 - when I have more hair - and need to get into my "interviewing" weight!
-
Welcome!
-
Down 2 lbs - getting ready to break 180 - YAY!
-
Good for you, Patoo! Hey, I made a poem.
-
Carole, I was waiting for the poem. Now I see it. Duh.
Patoo, yipee when you hit 180. Another poem.
Down 400 grams since Wed. I'm weighing in more often in the endspurt of 2014. I want to be able to say I didn't totally fail on my New Year's Resolution for this year. That is, I lost some weight, if not exactly how much I wanted to.

Won't be able to weigh-in Wednesday as will be away. Today I'm down another 400 grams from 4 days ago.
-
Down .5 lbs. Fourteen (or so) more to go!
-
Down .5 to 131.5.
-
skipped last week, but down 3 since two weeks ago... finally
