Sitting here on my couch on a lovely Saturday morning, watching my boys play in their pajamas. Soon we will get dressed for a day filled with soccer and birthday parties. I've got a big smile on my face. Here's to life ladies! Go get your happy today - that's an order!
-
Thanks for sharing Ramols... what a picture perfect day !
Hugs everyone xxxx
-
Tazzy: glad your healing up so nicely.
Ramols; YAY!!! I got goosies.
Karen; hoping your FIL continues to recover well.
I'm recovering well I suppose. I also got sick today. Feel like there is glass in my throat and my head hurts. Been sleeping all day, albeit uncomfortably. To the PS Wednesday.
-
feel better I'm a big believer in a good strong mint tea or any tea for that matter sometimes I like to make my own blends
-
Happy Saturday! 3 more days and it's off to Hogwarts! I am so excited!
-
Good Morning Sisters! The summer flew by and now another winter is in the wind - time does fly. You are always in my heart
We've been in Laughlin for several months but leaving in a few weeks. Going to Hawaii next and after my full battery of doctors appts and tests the highlight of all times for me - meeting Aruba from our own site in January- right here in Laughlin
I hope some day to meet you all in person
Karen - I have to ask - what's Hogwarts?
-
Believe you are so busy ..... We will meet for sure ...
Karen, enjoy Hogwarts ... And the weather.
-
Believe Hogwarts is the school of witchcraft and wizardry from the Harry potter books. My family and I are going to Universal in Orlando this week and they have a whole theme park based on the books and movies. But envious of your upcoming trip to Hawaii. Just the coffee alone makes me wistful. One day I will get there.
-
Hi everyone. Yes summer flew by. Get better soon Juneau (if not well already). Doing a graduated return to work now... ankle still sore and swollen but considering the surgeon said I'd likely not be walking until now - doing good.
Happy to have the option of working from home. Been so busy. But that's good.
Enjoy Hawaii Believe - on my bucket list.
Enjoy Hogwarts - fun.
Dont post so much these days, but think of you all often - peace and love my bosom buddies

Hi everyone. I saw the plastic surgeon and he said I was a candidate for fat grafting. Someone else I believe it was on this blog that said they had also had fat grafting done. I can not find a whole lot of information about it and before I agree to doing it, it would be nice to chat with someone else who had done it.Happy November everyone!! already had the S bad word up here- SNOW!! Tis the season I guess, but so far it has left.
-
ok. So the cold passed (still have a little lingering cough). Healing from surgery, breast still has t dropped so I have to wear a strap. UGH!!! BUT... I was cleared to go back to the gym (with no chest exercises). So I did 90 minutes if cardio. Feeling so much better.

It's been a while since she posted, but lostinmo passed away today. She was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in March 2012 and with multiple mets on December 31, 2013. She will be missed. She mentioned several times how much she enjoyed playing the song game on BCO.
-
RIP Lostinmo... thoughts with your family.Fucking disease.

Cheers to 2013 survivors, please pray for us who are newly diagnosed...

I am devastated. I was just telling my girlfriends this weekend how hard it is to lose one of my virtual sister's and that I never want to go through it again now this! So not fair that someone so full of life has to be taken when the horrible people in this world go on.
Be strong my sister's!
-
So fucking sad. I was so sad when I read this - she was always so upbeat and positive and I loved her travels. RIP sister. Condolences to her family and friends.
So important to relish in the small things in life... in fact anything in life. We are so fortunate to wake up every day. In the words of Ramols "always find your happy".
Love and hugs xxxxxxxxxx

I'm heart broken about Lostinmo as well. She put up a brave fight. Prayers for her family that is left behind. This is just so sad.
The last address I had for her was Casa Grande, last winter. I believe she was only there during her treatments in Tucson.
RIP - she and her positive attitudewill be missed.
