    Has anyone ever done the Advocare 10 day cleanse while taking Tamoxifen?  I'm thinking about doing the 10 day thing (I've done it before being on Tamox) but am unsure about any interactions.

    Hi Christy,

    I have been on Advocare since March & also take Tamoxifen. I had no issues & no interactions. I did a lot of research before I started. I'm happy to say I'm down 26 Lbs & over 33 inches lost!!! Hubby & I are doing the challenge Good Luck!!

    Christy - I am curious about the 10 day cleanse .. any advice, insight, etc ?

    I did one once before.  It's through Advocare (as a side note, I don't sell it and am not promoting it for anyone).  Basically you cut out sugar, coffee, alcohol, dairy & wheat for the 10 days.  Along with it you do their Herbal Cleanse and drink Spark in place of coffee.  I really liked how I felt when I did it before.  It was a really good kickstart to eating a little healthier.  I eat pretty healthy now, but cutting out the coffee & alcohol fully was good.  I also lost 5lbs during it.
