All sternum pain not mets!

Just want to let people know that when I recently had pain to the side of my sternum and I had myself all worked up that I had a bone metastesis. I was diagnosed 8 years ago with er/pr negative her2 positive breast cancer. One focus 2.6 cm and one focus 0.9 cm, one lymph node macro metastesis and one micro. Had mastectomy, radiation, AC/TH. I had a bone scan and MRI last week and all were normal. I had an implant before I knew I needed radiation so my pain probably has something to do with that, but I just want to reassure everyone that it's not always bad news.
