Swollen lymph nodes after Mastectomy

At my dr. visit today, we noticed swollen lymph nodes on both sides. My dr. thinks it's just from fluid from implants so we are watching it. Has anyone else had this problem?

    did your surgeon take any axillary nodes during the mastectomy? Or did you just have a sentinel node biopsy and nothing lit up? 

    Perhaps it's a seroma?

    I didn't have reconstruction but after my mastectomy -bilateral- I did have seroma ( I think that's what it was called) on one side that they watched. It was sort of a fluid filled area and they could see it on ct scan    I had nodes removed from cancer side levels 1 and 2 and a few removed from non cancer side 

    Maybe ask for ultrasound or ct?
