Starting Letrozole

My history: Diagnosed with Acute Monocyctic leukemia in 2008. Underwent aggressive chemo - achieved 5 years remission in March 2014.
Diagnosed with a second cancer IDC - mastectomy July 2014. 2 sentinel lymph nodes showed cancer cells. Additional surgery to remove 18 lymph nodes in September 2014. The 18 lymph nodes showed no cancer cells. Starting radiation therapy soon. Have started Letrozole. Would like to hear from others who are on this drug and how they fared. So far, hot flashes and constipation.

Alex - search for the thread titled "Femara", the brand name for the drug. You will find lots of women's experiences with the drug there. It is a long thread with a LOT of posts.
