benign breast tumor

i have developed breast mass about two years from now. i have undergone needle core biopsy three times and the results were all the same fibrocystic change. but im still worried since after the third biopsy my breast has dimpling. it also has brownish secretions before for one year but now nothing is coming out of my nipple.
