STFU (Shut the F*** UP)

don't you buy those dang things again, use a wash cloth! -
Go get em Kracker!
Poppy, I'd be tempted to show up in my jammies holding my blanket, pillow, SE meds and puke bucket.
I'm sure her tune would change if she was going through chemo.
-
I just sent the letter to my natural Dr.
Been using pampers to clean my face for yrs
I guess for the private parts a washcloth is betta
-
I swear by the prep H wipes.
If I don't use them I have a lot of problems.
I would love to have a bidet.
-
I don't think u can use them on my face
-
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Oh by did you give me a good laugh.
-
lordie but I use a facecloth or soapie hands to do my face! guess I am the weird one!
-
No. Probably not a good idea to use prep H wipes or a bidet on your face!
-
I don't use soap on my face
Baby wipes then coconut oil
Maybe I'm the weird one
-
Poppy I would send DH over there for an hour, tell them you are not allowed to be around "people: after just having chemo. Or tell them that you have chemo this weekend and you aren't allowed around people and your husband can "carry" things home to you, so sorry next time she visits... -
I agree with Blondie on this Poppy. Why risk catching something from another person. Anyone with an ounce compassion would understand if you couldn't make it.
-
I went to a gathering where my nieces BIL was doin chemo
He wanted to be there
But there were restrictions
He had a mask on
No one could get close to him
If u have even a sniffle stay home
Me...I. Would find that excuse...anyone with 1/2 brain would understand
And if they don't u can tell them STFU
-
I think your health is more important than pleasing your MIL at this point.
Your ability to fight infection is so low during chemo - don't take any chances to please others.
Kracker is right - just tell them to STFU!! And as Ducky would say, do it with a smile!!
-
Absolutely Slow and Fire!
-
well r u goin or not?..
-
FK - You mean to tell me baby wipes have been causing your tummy issues. STFU then! If the doctors didn't know you were using them and that there was a recall how could they have helped? The real question is - why did it take SAMS club so long to issue the recall in the first place? June? Really? I'm assuming you have stopped using them and now are feeling better. Who would have thought baby wipes could do this.
Poppy - You MIL needs to get a life. Obviously, she has not had to go through chemo or she would understand that you can't be around other people and that the SEs are so bad you NEED to stay home and rest. I agree with Blondie on this one. Why risk it.
-
If my calculations are correct, I think Poppy is probably getting her second round of chemo today.
-
Its too bad we don't all live closer to Poppy, then we could tell her MIL collectively to STFU!
-
check out my new brooms
Anyone wanna come
Be right back
-
-
-
I have 2 electric brooms
Anyone need a ride?
-
I love it, i want 1
-
u can't have the broom Blondie
But
I'll take u for a ride
Anywhere u wanna go
R u ready????
-
I think you should both come California. We can take Blondie to Disneyland.
-
Disneyland is a great idea!
Yes, today was round 2 of chemo. Left the house at 8:30am and returned home at 7:30pm. A long day, but everything went smoothly. Picked up my wig on the way home! DH surprised me with a dainty pink sapphire bracelet after this round. His way of saying thanks for fighting this fight.
I asked my DH what he wanted to do about going to his mom's house. He called his mom and told her that he would be home taking care of me... where he belonged. He doesn't know why she is so clueless to how difficult this cancer/chemo battle is. DH took care of this before he even talked to me about the phone call and situation. Yet another reason he's a keeper!
Even on those fancy brooms, I'm too tired to go anywhere else today except to bed) my friends!
-
Poppy he is a keeper
Dl that works, yep i am ready
-
I'd love to go back to England. Went there when I was in my Senior year of high school
