Anyone done Mammoprint after getting "middle" on Oncatype?

If so, did you find it useful in your chemo decision?

I got the dreaded "middle" (21) on oncatype (although I understand that 40% of us get it) - went through one round of TC chemo which was dreadful and now trying to figure out whether or not to continue with it. I'd prefer to bypass the chemo but want to make sure that I have all the information before I do.

So glad to see this topic. I just got my oncotype results last week and I'm 21. I just got permission to go ahead with the Mammaprint test so now I have to wait a 7-10 days. My surgery was June 12th so it looks like I won't have any treatment until at least August. I'd like to hear what others have to say but I am hoping the Mammaprint results will give me some helpful information.

I received an Oncotype score of 21 and my surgeon immediately sent off for the Mammaprint. He said he uses that as his "back-up" when the Onco comes back in the intermediate range. The Mammaprint came back as "low risk." I was told that chemo would not benefit me and that Tamoxifen for 5 years would be the treatment.

I got a 24 and my BS oncologist is running the Mammaprint. So I'm waiting on results. Don't see much talk about the Mammaprint testing on these boards.... clmtootie so glad you got "low risk"....hoping I get the same. Fingers crossed.

That was an interesting article at 3 years out I wonder if I can still have this test. Do they usually save your tumor?

I just got off the phone, 3 years the tumor is too old to be helpful to me on reoccurrence.
