Oh geewhiz, that reminds me--acupuncture plus feeling better.  My stress level went thru the roof last week--I teach special ed and the paperwork is killing me plus I have a bunch of meetings and evals to type up and so on for this month--a years worth of work scrunched into a month.  I was so stressed I couldn't even take a full breath and was already going thru the GABA and theanine pills that usually bring me down some but then I remembered hearing something about the emotional freedom technique, or EFT and looked it up on youtube and bygolly it works!  Takes maybe 5 min, it's free so nobody has an agenda, and you feel some instant relief.  I did have to do it some more but came down in increments and could breathe fully again by Friday evening so that's good.  Anyway, the short of it is, you tap on acupuncture meridians while saying some affirmations and it's supposed to get the blocked energy flowing again.  Here's a video--there are many but I liked his explanation the best:  EFT

Cool video Piper. I learned about tapping from Kris Carr and Nick Ortner. I taught my teen daughter to calm herself before big races, she psyches herself out sometimes. It makes her feel like she controls her emotions a bit. I think just the action of focusing on something else is calming. I am not sure why this works, but it sure seems to for us. Great tool for all to learn.

    Thanks!

Lily, I did a lot of research on aromatase inhibitors.  there is so much food that are aromatase inhibitors.  I was shocked.  Everything from hop, berries, to chocolate.   This is just my opinion, but I do not think there is a need to go one these drugs, when you can get that in pomegrante, flax seeds, etc.  many supplements that do the trick.

Yes geewhiz and now a week later I feel so much better that this can't be a coincidence.  My work did not go away--there is more than ever--but I have a new perspective on it and feel like I have a handle on it now.  A couple of weeks ago I was wondering if I'd have to quit my job in order to save my life.  Now I hopefully can have both.
