My 5 year anniversary of being breast cancer free is this month! Yay!  For those of you who have been diagnosed Triple Negative and are scared, there is hope and so many out here who can celebrate being cancer free also!!!!! For those of you doing chemo right now,  just know there is good that can come from all the nasty chemicals!  I had CR - complete response!!!  There is light at the end of the tunnel and life goes on!

    You are a hope beacon for me.  I'm just 3 years out with a triple negative, ibc, stage IV and am presently NED.   I think I'll make 5 years, don't know about the NED, but I'll be around.  

    Thanks be to chemo for that result because that's what did it.

    Hey! I do believe 3 years is another milestone marker for triple negative as incidence of recurrence during those years can be high.  So congratulations!!!! I hope you see the 5 year mark with the same results I have!!!

    Thanks, jramick, I'm planning on it.  First 3 years, then 5 years, then 6-7 for margin of error, then maybe a normal(ish) lifetime.
