Diep Flap stage two

Hello lovelies. I have a ? I just found out that my upper stomach was not liposuction during stage 2 9/23/14 because my insurance didn't pay for it and also I had previous hernia repair during stage 1. Lower abdomen was liposuction and and more tummy tucked. Does this make sense? Did anyone encounter such a situation before? Any suggestions?  I know a lot of women who lipo everywhere and insurance laid for it if you had cancer or was brca1 positive.  I feel bad they my body wil be deformed.
