Is there any chance that a vascular tumor is NOT cancer?

I've researched it- I can't find much other than cancerous tumors are vascular. I had a biopsy done Friday and am waiting on the results. Based on the ultrasound, it was showing to be a solid vascular mass. I kept asking my dr's to be straight with me, this is my 2nd time around with this. I talked to a few different ones, and they all said they really didn't know what it was. It was hard and vascular, yet there was also some fat necrosis and oil cysts there too.

I'm 4 years out of triple negative breast cancer on the right side. I had a double mastectomy, 16 rounds of chemo, and my ovaries out. Fast forward 4 years....and now I have this mass on the LEFT side, which I guess would be a new primary cancer? Awaiting the results, but am trying to just wrap my head around the fact that this has a very good chance of being cancer again- even after all I've done to avoid it, and the chance being so slim.

But back to my original question- has anyone ever heard of a vascular tumor not being cancer?
