She is doing much better. Hopefully that will continue once she's off of the antibiotic. How are you feeling today?
-
Last month I asked for a short break from treatment because I was beginning to feel a bit worn down from it, too which my onco agreed and so this week on an emergency basis for a problem, she extended my break from treatment til my next appointment with her in Oct.
-
Yay always deserve a break, I used to tell them all the time.
Good luck with u r daughter
-
M0mmy, I'm glad you get to take a break. I hope you start feeling better soon.
-
The bathroom is still my best friend
Should get my results back tomorrow from all the tests that was done

Waiting is the pits.
If you're in a lot of pain, I agree with your GD.
We need both of you here. Who else will provide the comic relief?
-
Fk, thinking of you! So sorry you are feeling so poorly. If you go to the hospital, maybe they will finally find a solution for you. And I hate hospitals, but maybe it would help?
-

Hope you get your test results today if you didn't.

Talked to my DD this morning and her C.diff test came back negative this time.
I guess the last antibiotic did get rid of it.
Back to the drawing board to figure out what's wrong with her.
Now they are checking for an autoimmune disease. Very frustrating.
-
So sorry slow re u rdaughter
-
Slow, so glad the C diff is gone. Hope they figure it out quickly.
FireKracker, Hope you are feeling better and getting answers!
I love you ladies!
-
Waving hi!!! Haven't been around much lately, hope everyone is doing well.
-
Thanks ladies....I hope they figure it out soon. She's too young for this stuff - only 26.
Poppy, how are you doing with your chemo SEs?
GG, So good to see you here!! I've been wondering about you.
Kracker.....any news??
-
Nice visit with the MO today.... wasn't poked, prodded or stabbed by anything or anyone!
Side effects are subsiding. Couldn't sleep last night... finally fell asleep at 4:30am. Today, MO prescribed something to help with that. Nausea thankfully under control. Still fuzzy brained, which is frustrating! Vasculitis from the infusion has left my arm so sore and discolored. The infection at my port site is improving. I am finally feeling better.
Thanks for the encouragement!
-
Yay poppyto feelingbetter
-
Glad to hear you're doing better Poppy.
Hopefully whatever the MO prescribed will help with the sleep.
-
Glad your on the mend Poppy!
-
I need to throw all this shit into the fire, yeah literally shit!
I hope it doesn't cause an explosion
But if it does...I'm ready
Anyone else want to join me?
-
I'll join you FireKracker! Latest side effect from chemo is horrible cramping, then.... you guessed it... a run to the bathroom. Okay, maybe a quick waddle, not a run....
-
Great idea.
-
Big hugs to all have managed to catch up on what has been going on.
Homw to NZ this afternoon then have gout day conference.
-
