It's going to be a long weekend... Pls help

hi, I am going on 10 years cancer free this oct 1 and I was stage 3 b at 31 her2nu 100 percent, I did double tram flap recons 2 years ago and now I am been battling recurrent yeast infections under my breast where I had my mast and recons, now long my scar line in have this dark spot and I am still in such pain from my tram flap and shoulder froms rads, right now my pain is mostly with this area, does anyone know what this could be?? I see my onco on Monday! It's going to be a long weeknd.
