Been putting neosporin & bandaging everyday for a week, but blister never heels. What can I do to help it heal? Also anyone have any ideas for type of gloves to wear while cooking? It was a grease splatter!

Try giving it some 'open air' time and using some diluted hyperoxide.  At least that's what I'd do.

Tomatojuice, can you describe the burn?  Is it a shallow blister, or black and leathery?

Burns can take a long time to heal up--more than just a week--and they're painful.  If it's a shallow blister, you might ask your doctor for some silvadene crème for it, and then keep a soft dressing on it all the time to keep it moist.

Black and leathery is more serious.  Take thee to a physician for a consultation.
