Thanks Grammakathy, sorry for the oversight

Hi ladies! Just a reminder of tomorrow's get together. Other than previous post, anyone else going?
*** you might want to Add email notification on My Favorite Topics to keep informed
-
Sorry, i'm going to miss this get together! Got stuck working!
-
I'm not going to make it either. I'm still not feeling well after my port placement.
Hopefully I will be able to meet everyone at the next meeting.
-
Poppy, sent you a PM. What's important for you now is to feel better. Check back
-
Have to work today--boo!
Hope you all enjoy a yummy lunch with great conversation! I'll try to catch the next one.
Poppy--I hope you feel better, soon. I know how that port placement makes you achey in that spot. You'll be hands-free during infusions, though, and I think you'll be glad about that. I loved being able to snack, crochet or talk on the phone without an IV in my arm. Hang in there, and we'll help you along the way!
-
Thanks for the support. I can move my head better today.... and can swallow without it hurting.
Woke up at 4am this morning, exhausted but unable to sleep. Guess I'm more anxious about the upcoming chemo than I thought.
Hope you have a great time at lunch today!
-
Lunch was really yummy and we had great conversations. Miss you gals already. Thanks 2nd and GrammaKathy for another fun getogether. Wishing you the best GrammaKathy on your surgery this week.
-
Thank you Pawprint and Grammakathy, it was a fun time today!
Have added photo under topic box. Appreciate suggestions for location.
If anyone finds out about other BCO's in our area, please PM me.
-
great lunch with special people! 2nd - I think you meant "location" instead of "lactation"! We have breasts on our minds!
-
thanks, Kathy, silly auto-correct (I didn't proof-read very well obviously, will change). That's funny....
-
Wow! Time is flying fast! Hoping you all have been in good health and having exciting times in your lives.
Time to start thinking about next get-together before the holidays busy-ness starts. If I remember correctly, we were thinking after Thanksgiving? How do the days of Saturday, Nov 29th and Dec 6th work for everyone? Can someone suggest a restaurant south of the Corona area?
-
I vote for Dec 7th because Thanksgiving weekend is too crazy to go anywhere! I'll be there wherever we are!
-
thanks Kathy! Saturday the 6th or Sunday the 7th? Any suggestions for location?
-
The weekend of Dec 6 sounds good. The city of Menifee has a small outside mall on Newport Road and Haun Road. There is a BJ's and a Red Robin, and a new Applebee's around the corner on Newport Rd as well. Further south in Temeculla there are many restaurants around the Promanade Mall, like El Torrito, Lucille's, Soup plantation.
-
Oops - I meant Saturday December 6! I'm hoping Salina will be off work and ride with me. Any of Pawprint's suggestions sound good.
Kathy
-
Hi Ladies! I will be in San Diego on the 5th and 6th for work. I will have to miss this one also.
-
sorry we will miss you!
-
ok, you can call me ditzy (but I wish you wouldn't), really just too much going on. I must have removed this from my favorites and misplaced my planner, which I'm just finding. Totally losing track of time.
Please forgive me for not catching this sooner. Mom spent most of October in the hospital, had to move her out of assisted living to skilled nursing.......
Anyone still available for Saturday? Suggestions where to go -- maybe not a mall with its holiday buzy-ness and trouble finding parking spaces.
-
I'm in - or we could wait until January if it's too busy a time of year for you. Let me know. I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. It is so difficult to have our loved ones go through this. Your Mom is blessed to have her daughter by her side. Hugs to you
-
Kathy, you're so sweet! Sent you an email
I think it would be best to plan for next month. Sorry ladies.
-
next month is best for me too, I've been sick, flu like symptoms yuck. See you ladies next month. Merry Christmas.
-
Sounds like a good plan! I hope you all have a great Christmas season. This is a year I'm counting my blessings.
-
Thanks for understanding!
Happy holidays to you and your families!
-
Thinking of you all and hoping you're staying warm and dry
-
Hi, ladies. Looks like I've missed a few. I hope to get back on track. Maybe January?I'm off work until Jan 5th.
-
SheChirple, I think you only missed September. Enjoy your time off of work.
Hoping everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday
