If you have either the Allergan 20s or the Natrelle 410s
Do you like them and would you choose them again? My PS is bound and determined that he wants to bring the 410MF in the OR even though we had decided on the Allergan 20s. My surgery is in less than a week and I wish he wasn't stressing me out with this. WhippetMom does not think that the 410 is a good match for me with my frame and TE size.
I am looking for perky girls without droop. I think I am the only person alive who likes the look of my TEs (not the feel though). I want projection. I can't feel a thing in my chest so I am not sure if the firmness thing matters much to me.
Any feedback or thoughts on your experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I have high profile Allergan 20's and love them! Very comfortable! I told him to make match my TE's exactly and he did!

Hi FLgrl32: How did your surgery go and which ones did your surgeon go with? I will need to research the difference between the 410's and the 20's. I'm completely with you in liking the perky shape of the TE's-- you are not alone.
Anyway, it's probably too early for you to tell yet with swelling but please keep us updated on how you feel. Thanks.

I was not given a choice. My PS asked me if I wanted to be the same size as my TE' s and I said "Yes!" I woke up with 410's and a very flat chest. I was so mad. It's been 5 months and they have filled out and dropped a little but they are not even close to being the size of my TE' s. I fired my PS and am seeking a 2nd opinion but I really do not want any more surgery so I may just be stuck. Plus I had one side radiated and am concerned about messing with it since the skin is currently doing so well. I would not recommend the 410's especially if you are looking for a full profile.
Everyone who has seen them (and that has only been a few select people like my regular doctor) says that they look great, nice shape and all but they were not what I wanted.

I have 20s, and the projection is good, not amazing. One looks pretty natural, one has always been a little droopier. Ugh. I think 45s have crazy projection. Were I to it over again, I'd do 45s.
These are a little firmer than I'd like. I would never want anything firmer than this.
Good luck!

You are not alone FLgrl32. I too like the look so far with the TE's. Just the projected look not the feel! I have an appointment next week with my PS do discuss and do a 3D imaging of how the potential final look will be. Also, decide on the final size I would like to try and achieve and choose the implants. Since I am not having to do chemo or radiation, I am just on the path of completing the TE's fills and healing from the BMX. I will just need to do some more research on the differences and see if there are anymore threads on here of people discussing their likes/dislikes of the different implants!
I hope you got what you wanted FLgrl32 and everything is healing and you are happy with your decision!
