5 years out- DCIS, lumpectomy-- seeking advice on fat grafting

Hello all
It's been awhile since I've been on this site. I am approximately 4.5 years out, and am consulting a BS to see about options to fill the "divet" caused by my 2 inch lumpectomy, and for any other "fill" that I might be able to achieve, as I've lost a great deal of volume in the upper poles of both breasts. (mostly due to age, weight loss, physical activity)
Any advice, words of recommendation here?

no advise, I had 3 lumpies but ended up with LE and the dang boobie is bigger than the other side and would really like a reduction on both sides
