JoJo. Love the Swedish afghan. I really should learn how to do that. Right after I finish every other project that I have started.. Ha ha. No seriously it is beautiful. So is the quilt you made for Firecracker..
-
The Swedish afghan is so nice. I'll have to show that to my DD.
You're all so crafty.
That quilt is lovely Jo. I wish I had the dexterity for quilting.
Kracker, I've said it before and I'll say it again....you look good in pink.
-
Thanks everyone. Ya'll are so very sweet.
Slow - If you can sew a straight line, you can make quilts. They are much easier than you think. I taught myself to quilt about 14 years ago and love making them. I give the majority of them away.
Proudtospin - This is another Swedish Weaving project. I just finished this one tonight. This one was really fun and simple to do.
-
Jo......I love quilts and would not begin to know how to make one...........it is amazing how talented my mother was, and I have none at all..............oh well............
-
Have just created a thread called Rae's Angel on the Angel Threads. If
you knew Rae please go and post a message for her and when we have
several I will let her know to go and look.Jo that weaving is so beautiful
-
Jo--that is lovely, certainly need to put it on my list of things to do!
-
Finally able to check in! My computer has gone kaput at home and I was home for four days (took one vacation day with the 3 day weekend) so could not log in~! Hope the party went well...am at work and dashing off....
-
ducky - If you can sew a straight line you can make quilts. I do simple designs. I don't add all the "fancy" things, no circles, hexagons, nothing like that. Just squares and rectangles. And if I can brag a bit, I have done some amazng projects.
-
Jo..........trust me........I could not do it........LOL
-

good morning
Here is my news from yesterday
Went to the natural dr..#3 who all work together
She said acupuncture is ok but she has some natural remedies that she wants to try first
3tablets under my tongue 2x a day
And she also said she will get me off all my meds eventually
And I will be healthy
Ok...I'm in for that...
Is that good news??????
We shall see
BBL gotta do laundry
-
Karol,
Seems to me your "natural" doctors aren't really helping you. Your tummy is still a mess. I know you don't like traditional medicine much but maybe it is time to give is a try again. I hate it that you have to deal with this issue.
-
I'm still on the regular meds and for sure they r not helpin me
That's how all this started takin the endicort ..which is cortisone ....that breaks ur bones down.
This is all from the rads
Yup it was all in remission till the beast came to visit me...grrrrrr.
-
I say go to acupuncture. She has calmed everything down including my constipation... Of course, she is giving me herbal remedies too..
-
Sorry - had to put a funny in here. The Grandsons both play angry birds - so this is funny to me.
-
My natural said if I feel I could use acupuncture yes,try it
She gave me these little tiny pills called podophyllum pelt arum, the second one is one word
Anyway I put these tiny pills that comes in a dropper under my tongue,3-2x a day
Today is day 3 and I don't wanna jinx myself so enuf said
I'm givin this a try but I'm still thinkin about the acupuncture ....
I can only do one thing at a time
I'll keep u posted
Who remembers when I bitched and complained about those damn bras?
-
FK - How could we forget out the damn bras. You must have a shit load of them by now. Sure hope the tiny pills work and you don't have to do acupunture. Keeping fingers crossed.
-
KF Asked me to post these pictures for her. She doesn't know how yet. But she is going to learn.
-

If anyone needs help posting pictures let me know........it is so easy............PM me and I will tell you how..........I showed FK, and she did it.....not sure what Jo is showing us............lol
