Cost of Tetrathiomolybdate (TN) off Trial?

Because my triple negative tumor was 8 mm, I'm not considered high-risk enough to participate in a tetrathiomolybdate (TM) trial. I developed neutropenia during chemotherapy that was bad enough for my doctor to stop my treatment after two AC infusions; I was supposed to have four. I feel uneasy about stopping chemo in the middle and would like to take TM. 

Does anyone know the cost of buying tetrathiomolybdate at a compounding pharmacy?

I'm in NYC and have an appointment with Dr. Vadat in a few weeks.

    I was wondering if you met with Dr. Vadat and whether you were able to enroll? Did you find out any other information on getting the treatment in or out if the trial?

    I did meet with her but she said there wasn't enough data yet to give it to me off trial.

    I emphasize me. I'm stage one.  And everybody's case is different. I encourage you to see her.
