Rucurrence in post mastectomy reconstructed breast

I'm worried about a small bump in my reconstructed breast .  This is my breast that had no trace of cancer.   I just decided to remove and reconstruct both.  My doctor did an ultrasound and said it was a suture with scar tissue around it.  It is small an feels plastic.

    I too, have some hard bumps/lumps in my reconstructed breasts (DIEP).  I had them checked (mammogram, and US) and found that they are the result of fat tissue that died and hardened (necrosis).  I've been assured by my MO and BS that they are nothing to worry about.  My PS offered to remove them during my nipple surgery but did not recommend it since some volume would be lost. Two and a half years latter and they have not changed.
