    Thank you for posting this. Have you read the book? I wonder if she is her2+ and is on Herceptin? Or what exactly her treatment consisted of? I couldn't find any customer reviews so I thought you may have some insight.

    No - I haven't read it but saw this article and thought many here might like to check it out.  I'm currently reading the 'The Emperor of all Maladies' and am so impressed and liking this book.

    cp418....Isn't that a GREAT book???  I, bought it last year when someone on these boards suggested it......Just learned that PBS is making a film about this to Air in the Spring of 2015....you can google it and watch some of the Clips.....Liz
