I had my silicone implants put in about a month ago. With fat grafting . They look pretty good. But I was so excited about my fitbit and I had it on my sports bra. And I looked later and it left an impression on top of breast. It looks better but it is still there. I hope I didn't ruin my new foob. Thoughts ?

No I seriously doubt it made a permanent impression. Keep exercising! -
I doubt it too. I fell flat on my right implant three weeks post exchange and although I was purple black and yellow for awhile the implant was fine.
