lump on forehead

hi, i have a lump on my forehead that grew overnight and the day after it was bigger, (1 or 2 cm) it if painful if i touch it, it's soft and turning a little red.. Could this be mets or is it justo a cyst? And will it vanish on its own?? Thank you!

    We are not doctors and can't possibly say what it is, especially not via an online post. Not even a doctor would attempt a dx under these conditions. Call your doctor and get it checked out. That being said, chances are it is not bc mets.
