Could it be Spine Mets?

I have had nerve pain in my SI joint area all summer, and it is getting worse (especially at night).
I was out of the country until now so I will be going to Doctor today. I had bulging disc a few years ago that went away with PT: hoping this is just that. I also have a very itchy back, but no rash.
Anyone have spine mets present this way? I was DX with stage 1a ,with no lymph node or blood vessel involvement. So hopefully I am worrying for nothing. But better find out. Wish me luck!

had X-rays and doctor doesn't think there are any mets. Radiologist needs to confirm it . But for now PHEW!!!

it is your Sacroiliac joint. That is at the top of your pelvis. When you have trouble with the nerves in that area the pain runs down your buttock and can go all the way to your foot creating either pain or numbness.
Mine feels like fire ants crawling from my tailbone.
