New here and overwhelmed. Was diagnosed with bc in 2012. Had a lumpectomy and radiation. Few months later was in the hospital for massive infection. Had fluid removed and went home on antibiotics. Four months later more fluid was removed. Been having mammograms every 6 months. The last one in July showed an area of concern on the left again. Went for a biopsy Aug 14. Surgeon's office called said they had the results and wanted to see me next Friday. Family Dr office called too. Pretty sure I know what this means... 
Was told first it was calcifications but they wanted to do a biopsy to make sure. Feeling more emotional now then when I was first diagnosed. I am 47 years old, separated and have 3 teenagers. Also have MS that caused me to retire from a job I loved 9 years ago. Feeling angry, scared, fed up you name it. Enough already!

    We're sure you'll find lots of support here in the discussion boards, where you can come and vent and share your fears and worries, whatever the biopsy results turn out to be. While you wait, there is an article in the main Breastcancer.org site that you may find interesting to read. It is titled Biopsy to Confirm Recurrence.
