10 months post exchange

Now that the exchange is a little bit behind me and my breasts have 'fluffed' and 'dropped' I am noticing what looks like striations across my breast. It's almost like I am seeing the muscle press into the implant.

Anyone else experience this?

   I see my PS in Nov when he wants to discuss fat grafting. I really dont think I can do another surgery but will if this is a normal thing and the fat will fix it.

    Could it be rippling?  I have some of that going on - when I stand with my shoulders relaxed, I have areas that are dented in.  If I put my shoulders back, it goes away.  I had a little fat grafting done at my exchange, and I plan to ask about more.

    My exchange was 6/18... no rippling so I thought I was in the clear (my PS was concerned about it)... can rippling appear months after exchange? (assuming no big weight loss etc) ???
