We recently went on a little vacation to Big Bear, CA (6750' - 8000'). It was my first trip to high altitude since getting LE. I was a tad nervous but am happy to say my hand and arm did really well. We did the alpine slide, water slide, paddle boarding and kayaking, walking around, and going to the top of the mountain. We stayed two nights. On the second night I pumped my arm just to give it assistance but I didn't feel like I HAD to. I did the water slide, kayak and paddle board without a sleeve or glove and it still did really well. All other times I mostly had the sleeve and glove on but occasionally I just wore my glove.  My non-le fingers swelled some but that always happened before LE so I was OK with that.

I'm very happy with this. Next step...flying to Colorado for Christmas. Hope it does just as well.
