In my pathologic report of the lymph node was said : No extra-capsular extension identified. Is that important? Why can't I find more info about it?
What are the odes that I have metastats?

You may find reading this document of use Lymph Node Involvement
No Extracapsular extension: means No Cancer is seen to have spread outside the wall of the node, and is a very good thing to read in your Pathology Report.

When only 1 lymph node is involved with no extracapsular extension what are the odes that some cancer cells are already in my blood string all over my body? I have ki-67 40% and grade 2 .
