Loved meeting you ladies! I will be in the mountains with family second Saturday in August. Could we save Carlyle for September? It's my favorite:)!

Sorry I missed lumch ! I am still recouping from my exchange surgery that kept me in the hospital extra days due to my previous blood clot. I have one drain and it is taking forever to get down to that magic number for it to come out . Not sure I am thrilled with the results! Guess I need to wait ti see if I will be close to even or 2 different sizes. Such a crazy journey
Is the next lunch the 2nd.? I won't be able to make that date and of corse won't make Sept 6 either (daughter's wedding )
Happy Summer!
-
Thinking of lettinggo today.. Hope everything went well and she is resting comfortably.
Missed you this time Judy and hope you are feeling better soon.
Will post details for the next luncheon soon.
-
Thinking of Lettinggo as well!
dessert1st-- hope you've got run of the pesky drain by now! it has been such a crazy journey for you, so hopefully the results are good this time after swelling/post surgery trauma has calmed down.
mommom -- it was nice to meet you this past lunch!

I am doing fine after the last fall face is healed and hand is doing good just have to be careful not to fall again.HAVE A Bigger thing on my mind and won't be at ease until after wed when I can see the breast DR found a hard spot that feels like it is attached to the chest wall right above the incision so of course hard to think its nothing that erea it was not there on may8th so as we all know can't get it out of my head esp since next month will be a year that I was told I had Cancer.I know it can be many different things...have not been to any lunch due to work only can be gone for short times.....ONE DAY AT A TIME.. 7 MORE

Well DR V. said the spot is scar Tissue she did a ultra sound to ease my mind when I have the port out she will be glad to remove the spot if its still there ............said what I was feeling was normal said once I am done with treatment and hair back and port out It will ease up but never leave my mind............was so glad just to see her I felt better.......
-
Edith, what wonderful news! So happy for you. Scar tissue from any kind of breast surgery seems to be so common, be it from a biopsy, LX or MX, and having these things checked out as we must is so anxiety producing.
Paula
-
