Hi everyone, I recently discovered this forum and wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I am, in the words of my MO and Surgeon, a "difficult case". DX TN in Feb. 2014 with a single large tumor in my underarm area, no other evidence of cancer. Tumor is a carcinoma, and after 4 AC and 7 T treatments over 19 weeks the tumor is not any smaller according to ultrasound.

I have stopped chemo and am having lumpectomy surgery next week. According to MO I will resume chemo once recovered.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Welcome tciktc to the BCO Forums

If you can complete some of the Dx in your profile that would assist other members in relating to your Dx and commenting further.

We are sorry you have joined but are sure you will obtain valueable feedback.

You may find posting in Diagnosed and waiting for test results will get more responses.

We hope your surgery next week goes well.
