Thanks Luv, I will tell them about it tomorrow, I am only using pure aloe from the plant so far, and he did say I could us 1% hydrocortisone for any irritation so I applied that. I found my hubby, he was visiting his mom but his cell phone had died, he went for my mom's meds, made her some dinner and took her home. I had some dinner and a little rest and I'm feeling a little better, Stephanie
-
Yes Luv, I live up Wisconsin way.
-
Stephanie , glad u r feeling a little better. Sounds like a mentally fatiguing day..get some rest..hugs your way:)
I gonna try to go to bed early..ha....got busy weekend...hubby gets his gallbladder out Friday and I am suppose to be sick from the new chemo today starting Friday for about 3 days...so my theory is, get rest now and I won't be tired or sick this weekend !!!!!! Don't any of you burst my bubble..lol. It's my plan, and it's gonna work..go me. Lol
-
Go Susan!
-
OK Susan hope you have snuggled into pajamas and brushed your teeth and are getting ready for bed. Do you have extra help you can enlist if DH needs it Friday? But I bet he will do fine. Probably glad to be rid of ugly GB, right! Have you got him set up comfy in a nest area - remote, tissues, phone, bell to ring for you (kidding but maybe not). Be in your pocket (maybe not DH's - he might not understand) on Friday.
-
Stephanie - very helpful DH. He scores points big time.
-
I'm good with your plan, Susan, good luck to you and your hubby. Yes luv, he's a keeper.

Fierce Blue Bird is an angel.
Kristine was a loved member of the "Moving on" thread, and someone there mentioned she was active on this thread too. We thought you would want to know of her passing.

Another sister is gone

Nihahi, thanks for letting us know...
Heartbroken for FBB....she was a gift to us. So intelligent, and caring. I knew her prognosis was very serious, but I thought she had more time...
-
This is sad. She contributed so much here and I feel privileged to have known her. Fly away little bird, all your pain is gone now. Prayers for her DH and family.

For FBB
Fly among the rainbows and with other angels

Looking back at my PM, Kristine sent me her address 4 days ago, to share with you all. I am shocked & sad. I think she was in her early to mid 40's.
I am thinking of her DH & kids, they will receive our cheery cards in a day or two. Then the sympathy cards will arrive. If someone in our group knows what post page #, ( not sure if that what it's called ) of Kristine beautiful photo, she posted maybe a month ago. She showed us her hair after chemo, maybe a photo before chemo also. It was probably when we were doing the throw back Thurs. thing. ( thanks Jwoo, never heard of that before cause not on FB )... It would be lovely if someone can find that and post it again... I will try.....

This is me, one year ago at 48 just before diagnosis. You wouldn't recognize me today with crazy curly chemo hair. Wow. Life was so innocent and carefree then. This photo makes me want to cry. Miss those days.

I'm absolutely devastated.
Hugs all around ladies.

This is such sad news, way to young and so much love in her heart, I thought she did have longer--This disease is so cruel. Her poor family so much to deal with. But she is at peace now no more pain or confusion. She has blessed our life way t short, but our life was blessed by her. Very sad.
-
Ladies, we are so sorry for all of our loss...FBB was a very valued member of our boards and her absence will surely forever be felt among us all. Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time, and with FBB's family, friends, and all her loved ones.
(((Big Hugs)))
