HI fairly new to site .  I had L mastectomy and TE placed ...found out after would need radiaton so not exchanging until next year but have to decide how much to expand now . If I do implant obviously need more fluid placed than if I  just lift my unaffected R breast .   I am doing Pro con list but would love any opinions from people who have had surgery . I am B cup if that maqkes difference   I am triple negative and just finishing up chemo (carbo, taxol,,AC)

mimsey- Welcome!  I would ask Whippetmom...she has a thread dealing with exchanges and you can also private message her.  She has an amazing amount of knowledge about implants and how they interact with the TEs.  Read the first post as she needs some information from you in order to give an educated response.  It at least provides information to use when talking with your PS.

Congrats on finishing up chemp!!  Every hurdle cleared is a victory!!

I like having C cups a lot. It seems that clothes fit really well on a C-cup. If you want to go a little bigger get the lift and implant. Do what will make you feel good about your body shape. I'm happy with my Cs.

I had a UMX on my left breast, which was the larger of the two (closer to a C).  My right was a B, so I opted for a full C (with also a lift on the right).  I'm happy so far with the results, especially the perkiness!

    Best wishes to you!
