Curcumin

Anyone taking curcumin supplements and if so, which ones? I understand you want actual curcumin, not tumeric as it contains curcumin but not high doses and that you want a curcumin supplement with biopeperine which helps the body actually digest and absorb it. However, I'm having a hard time finding such a supplement. Anyone taking it and if so, is it helping you? Thanks!

Life Extension has curcumin. I have been taking it for several years. It has the biopeperine in it. Here is a recent sales email
