How concerned should I be?

For all of you ladies already suffering with LE I apologize for this amazingly stupid question which may seem trivial. I am about to fly tomorrow...4-5 hour flight with return Friday (each way with an hour layover). In addition, today of all days I very minimally nicked my right armpit shaving. I was told if I had feeling I could shave....well that makes no sense because yes I have feeling....I FELT myself get cut! I am so paranoid about it I was actually wondering if I really cut myself. I sprayed perfume under there to see if it burned the put hand sanitizer there to do the same thing. 

Should I be worried?

    I would wash the area with antibacterial soap and apply some antibiotic oint to be on the safe side. Do you wear a sleeve/gauntlet when you fly?  If you don't have one, use the other techniques suggested on this forum. Drink lots of water, and do fist pumps frequently. I'm sure some of the others will chime in on this. I'm pretty new at this myself.
